Phill Yetzes

FOUNDER

Phill founded Grayson Eaves with a clear purpose: to help organisations understand how effective people development can transform performance, reduce costs, and build workplaces where employees are truly engaged and motivated to succeed.

Phill’s career began in the classroom. A qualified teacher with a deep commitment to helping others learn and grow, he quickly developed a passion for understanding how people think, communicate, and perform. Before moving into the field of learning and people development, Phill trained and worked as a professional interpreter, a foundation that has given him exceptional communication and presentation skills — and a unique ability to bridge gaps in understanding between people, teams, and cultures.

Over the years, Phill has worked across a diverse range of sectors including engineering, education, construction, and social care, giving him a rich and practical insight into the challenges and opportunities that different industries face when it comes to developing their people.

Today, Phill is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership, and a qualified executive coach. His expertise spans the full spectrum of learning and talent development, with particular specialisms in coaching, leadership, and facilitation.

A recognised voice in the field, Phill has appeared on several industry podcasts and is a regular speaker and guest lecturer, sharing his insights on leadership, organisational development, and the future of work.

Driven by a belief that people are the key to sustainable organisational success, Phill continues to shape Grayson Eaves as a consultancy that combines deep behavioural insight with commercial focus — helping clients build capability, strengthen culture, and achieve measurable business results through their people.
